Privacy
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on any page reports your visit to another company.
There are no social media embeds. If we link to a social account, it is a plain link: nothing is loaded from that platform unless you choose to follow the link.
We made this choice deliberately rather than for convenience. People read a site like this one from shared computers, from libraries, and from phones that other people also use, and we did not want a visit here to leave a trail.
What the contact form sends
If you fill in the contact form, what you type is sent to us as an email. That means:
- Your name, email address, and message.
- Your phone number, if you chose to give one.
- Your answer about whether it is safe to call, text, or leave a voicemail.
- Which option you chose under “How can I help?”.
None of it is stored on this website, and none of it is saved in a database. The email we receive is the only copy, and it sits in our mailbox with our other mail.
We will follow whatever you tell us about how it is safe to contact you.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not share it, and we do not sell it. We will not ask you for money by email, and we will never ask you for banking details. We delete emails sent through this site after 90 days.
Server logs
We chose our hosting setup deliberately so that it does not keep standard server access logs or web-application-firewall logs. That means we do not have a record of individual visits to this site — who requested which page, or when.
Asking us about your information
If you have a question about your information, get in touch through the contact form.
Changes
If this page changes, the “last reviewed” date at the top changes with it.
